- How do I register?
To register with Absolute Personnel Ltd please call our office on 01743 461239 and one of our consultants can have an informal chat to find out what type of work you’re looking for.
- Do I need to bring anything with me to register?
Yes! We will require either a passport or birth certificate, proof of address and a proof of National Insurance. If your passport is not in the EU we will require a VISA or another form of right to work document.
- How long after I register will l hear from you?
Depending on the work you are looking for we could call you that day for available work. If you haven’t heard off us straight away then don’t panic we have something new every day! However, the more flexible you are with work the more likely we will have something for you.
- What happens when I agree to the work you have offered me?
Great you’ve accepted! We will send assignment details to you, this will have all of the relevant information you need for example: Client name and address, rate of pay, expectations and who you report to.
- Help! I don’t like my job, what can I do?
You must always see the working day through, walking off a job is not a sensible option. Call us and tell us what you don’t like, we can look to see if anything can be done to make the assignment more appealing. One day may not always be a true illustration – give it a good go!
- I’m sick and can’t come to work, who do I call?
You must call us 2 hours before you’re due to start work, our office number diverts to a mobile which is 24/7! Call 01743 461239.
- How will I get paid?
We work a week in hand. Anything you work in current week, you will be paid the following Friday directly into your chosen bank account.
- My hours are incorrect on my payslip, what shall l do?
Call Absolute Personnel and our admin team will discuss your hours and what they should be. If you are missing hours we will upload the difference onto next week’s payroll. Don’t worry you will be paid!
