We are currently searching for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in a new role with the ability to grow and promote within the company to assist in moving the company to the next level.
The successful candidate will have drive and ambition with a proven track record of B2B sales.

Our services currently include Key Holding, Alarm Response, Lock and Unlocks, Mobile Patrols, Vacant Property Inspections, Manned Guarding, Site Security, Retail Security, Concierge Security, Door Supervision and Event Security.

We are looking to target the retail industry, construction, offices, logistics, Government facilities, hospitality, and leisure.
Other security companies and facilities management companies initially in the Midlands but could progress to Nationwide.

Ideal Candidate

  • Have a good all-round knowledge of B2B sales
  • Previous experience in the Security industry is essential for this role.
  • Have a knowledge of all elements of the sales cycle from lead finding through to closing the sales.
  • Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Positive, confident and proactive
  • Experience in cold calling and self-generating of business
  • A UK driving licence is essential for this role
  • Ability to use initiative and self-manage workload


  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
