Customer Relations/Dispatch Assistant

Full Time




Our client is looking for a candidate that will manage their customer relations for both new and existing customers, implementing, and improving systems to increase efficiency within the role and provide the highest level of service to the customers.


  • Ensuring customer’s queries via email, telephone, online chat, and social media channels are responded to in a timely manner in accordance with their importance.
  • Front of house- sales to onsite and phone customers, including taking payments and inputting invoices.
  • Investigating customer complaints for refunds and compensation and liaising with management to issues where appropriate
  • Processing all customer exchanges and returns, issuing refunds, inputting credit notes on to the company’s account system
  • Monthly and annual reports to the management team on customer exchanges and returns, feedback and complaints
  • This is a shared role between Customer Relations and Dispatch and therefore general help to the dispatch team is regularly expected, i.e. printing and packing orders ready for shipping, replenishing stock and general tidying of the dispatch area


Essential Skills

  • Good organisational skills as essential to be able to prioritise incoming enquiries of multiple brands and personal workload
  • A good level of English and computer competency is essential with proficient use of Microsoft Office.
  • Be able to work on own initiative or within a team
  • Friendly and professional with excellent people skills
  • Good communicating and listening skills
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Able to work in a busy office environment
  • An ability to be diplomatic and stay calm under pressure
  • It is essential that all staff work together as a team to help ensure all duties are covered successfully and on time. Therefore, you will be expected to carry out any other reasonable duties as and when requested by your manager.


Full training will be provided, working hours are 8.30am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-4.00pm.
