I am currently recruiting on behalf of a local Jewellers in Shrewsbury town centre, as they have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join their friendly, creative team on a temp-perm basis.
It is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week (including every Saturday with one day off in the week). Paying £18,000 per annum.
You must have excellent customer service skills and have previous retail experience.
- Arrange shop windows ready for opening
- Answer any queries and offer information
- Confident liaising with suppliers and trade customers
- Respond to emails
- Deal with the jewellery trade
- Ordering stock
- Answer any incoming calls
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Able to interact with the general public (as well as with colleagues) in a variety of methods including face-to-face, over the phone and via email
- Experience within a retail role (jewellers preferable but not essential)
- Computer literate
- Able to work alone and within a team
