Duties:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Responding to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Inputting data to the CRM system
- Managing your diary and workload
- Answering any queries to the best of your ability
- Supporting departments with administrative tasks as required
