Our client is one of the UK’s leading providers of flexible offices, workshops, and industrial and self-storage spaces. They have 58 sites across the UK and provide flexible workspaces to various small to medium enterprises across the county.
You will be based in Shrewsbury but visit two centres regularly. You will also offer administrative and operational support across the region as required. A high level of fluency with computer systems is expected.
This is a lone working role where you manage your workload and schedule.
Duties of a centre manager: –
- Ensure all your centres’ occupancy details and documentation are properly completed and in order
- Efficiently and effectively manage the resources available to the Centres to achieve or exceed planned sales, occupancy and profitability targets
- Ensure that the Company Health and Safety policy is implemented at the Centre
- Ensure quality control of all services and ongoing customer service attitude of all Centre staff
- Ensure all vacant units are in a ready-to-show/occupancy condition at all times
- Meter readings for every meter and sub-meter
- Check all keys are present and correctly stored/labelled
- Overall responsibility for the production of monthly invoice production, dispatch and revenue collection
- Liaise with the Head Office’s credit control team and actively chase debt
- Undertaking viewing within 48 hours where requested
- Managing customer retention levels, alerting them to any issues or opportunities
Requirements of a centre manager: –
- A flexible, ‘can do’ do attitude
- Experience using MS Word, Excel, and Teams
- Strong time management skills with experience multitasking
- Ability to interact with occupiers and manage conflicts when they arise
- A background in commercial or residential property is desirable
- Clean full driving licence
