Job overview
 Our client is a market leader in the UK providing industry leading solutions and products to the egg industry. They are looking for the right person to join their sales team at their Telford based site. This role is about focusing on lead conversion and account growth through developing strong relationships with clients and potential clients. Honesty and integrity is at the forefront of everything our client does and the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate these attributes. A collaborative and solutions based sales approach is also key.

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting the UK Sales Manager in the management of developing customer accounts, especially in areas requiring focus or growth
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with new and existing customers
  • Lead generation
  • Conversion of leads
  • Some periodic travel visiting customers and occasion international travel to the Netherlands
  • Using the CRM system and other IT tools to maintain customer and sales information
  • Preparation of documentation and reports

Candidate requirements

  • Proven sales experience
  • Experience of consultative sales processes
  • An ability to build strong relationships
  • An ability to demonstrate high levels of honest and integrity
  • Must hold a current passport as there will be some international travel
  • Must hold a clean UK driving licence
