We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our client’s team in Shrewsbury. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and building positive customer relationships.

As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive timely support, accurate information, and a consistently positive experience.

Working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5.30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a warm and professional welcome to customers, whether in person, by telephone, or via email
  • Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Liaising with the sales, service, and finance departments to ensure customers are kept informed throughout their journey
  • Conducting follow-up communication after service or sales interactions to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:

  • A professional, positive, and proactive approach
  • Strong reliability and consistency in performance
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience using Pinnacle CRM (preferred)
