Monday to Friday & 1 in 4 Saturday’s

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client’s team in Shrewsbury on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual who enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience.

As a key point of contact for customers, you will play an important role in providing friendly and efficient support, ensuring enquiries are handled promptly and customers receive clear, accurate information throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to customers in person, over the telephone, and via email
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving queries or issues efficiently and professionally
• Keeping customers updated throughout their experience and ensuring they receive accurate information
• Liaising closely with the Sales, Service, and Finance teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey
• Carrying out follow-up calls and communications following sales or service interactions
• Building and maintaining positive, professional relationships with customers
• Ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service is delivered at every stage

We are looking for someone who is:

• Professional, approachable, and customer-focused
• Positive, proactive, and confident when communicating with customers
• Reliable, organised, and consistent in their approach
• Comfortable working as part of a busy team
• Experienced in a customer-facing or customer service environment
• Confident using telephone and email communication
• Previous experience using Pinnacle CRM would be highly desirable
