Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our clients team in Shrewsbury. In this key role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers—offering support, resolving queries, and ensuring every interaction is positive.

Working Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5.30pm.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming customers with warmth and professionalism—whether in person, over the phone, or via email
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively
• Working closely with sales, service, and finance teams to keep customers informed and updated
• Following up post-service or sale to ensure complete customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliability and consistency in your work
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience working with Pinnacle CRM
