Job Title: Delivery Van Driver (Cat B)
Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire
Hours: 5:30am – 3:00pm (approx. 10 hours per day)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and experienced Delivery Van Drivers to join our clients team at their Shrewsbury distribution centre. You will be responsible for delivering goods to clients across a 100-mile radius, completing an average of 10–12 drops per day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate 3.5T vehicles (Cat B licence required).
• Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure vehicles are kept clean and tidy.
• Follow pre-planned delivery routes provided in advance.
• Use PDAs to record deliveries, take photos at each drop, and maintain accurate records.
• Re-fuel vehicles before returning to the site.
• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery point.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ driving experience post-licence.
• Aged 25+ (for insurance purposes).
• Driving negligence insurance is essential.
• Strong knowledge of UK road networks and safe driving practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
