5:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Location: Battlefield Enterprise Park, with close proximity to link roads for easy access.

Absolute Personnel in Shrewsbury is currently seeking a Factory Operative for our prestigious client. They are looking for individuals who are available for an immediate start.

This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position working Monday to Friday, from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM.

You will be joining an established and friendly team on the shop floor, so we’re looking for someone who works well within a team and has a strong focus on quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling PVC windows and doors according to specifications
• Using hand and power tools to fit components
• Performing quality checks on finished products
• Moving materials around the factory as needed
• Ensuring a clean and organised work area
• Working efficiently to meet production targets

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing (preferred, but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable and hardworking
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Enthusiastic and motivated
• Able to start work at 5:30 AM
