5:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Location: Battlefield Enterprise Park, with excellent access to nearby link roads.

Absolute Personnel in Shrewsbury is currently seeking a Factory Operative for our client. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position, working Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM.

You will be joining a friendly and established team on the shop floor. The focus of this role is on the handling, checking, and overall care of finished window frames, including removing completed units from the production line and ensuring they are stored and presented correctly. All welding and fabrication is completed by the machine, and there is no manual welding or assembly required in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing quality checks to ensure frames meet specifications
• Reporting any defects or issues to supervisors
• Keeping the work area clean and organised
• Working efficiently to maintain production flow

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or quality control (preferred, but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
• Able to work well within a team
• Motivated and enthusiastic
• Able to start work at 5:30 AM
