Salary: £31,750,00 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Alternating Shifts 7.00am – 15.00pm//13.00pm – 21.00pm

We’re looking for a dedicated Factory Operator to join our production team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow within a well-established company.
Key Responsibilities for the successful Factory Operator:
- Operate and monitor machinery throughout the fertiliser production process
- Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with all specifications
- Follow all safety and housekeeping standards to ensure a clean, safe work environment
- Perform basic maintenance and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues
- Support cross-functional teams to maintain smooth production flow
- Participate in training for skill development and advancement to Senior Operator level
- Obtain and retain qualifications for Forklift Truck (FLT) and Telehandler operations
- Proactively report safety concerns or operational inefficiencies
What We’re Looking for in a Factory Operator:
- Own transport is essential due to the rural location
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is preferred
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices
- A team player with good communication skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
