The Role of the successful Fulfilment Manager;

· The Fulfilment Manager will take full ownership of the logistics and fulfilment operation (and as the business grows they will lead the growing team).

· It is a hands on role for some one who has the relevant experience in fulfilment and dispatch but more importantly has extremely high standards of work and is motivated to be the best at what they do

· Liaise with customer service, framing & sales teams to quickly resolve any order or delivery issues

· Support other departments such as framing, goods-in as needed dependent on business demands
