Hours: Alternating Weekly 7.00am – 15.00pm//13.00pm – 21.00pm

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to support our operations in the fertiliser industry. Based at our SY12 9BW facility, you’ll be a key part of our daily production processes, ensuring smooth operations, safety, and high product quality.

This role offers clear pathways for career development, including training for progression to a Junior Operator role and opportunities to gain your Forklift Truck (FLT) and Telehandler licences.

Key Responsibilities for the successful Labourer:

• Assist in the production and packaging of fertiliser products
• Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the facility
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures
• Load and unload materials and products as needed
• Operate machinery under supervision and after training
• Engage in training for skill advancement and job progression
• Help with inventory and stock handling
• Promptly report safety concerns or equipment issues

What We’re Looking for in a Labourer:

• Own transport is essential due to rural location
• Prior labouring experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Committed to health, safety, and teamwork
• Eager to learn and develop new skills
• Clear communication and a proactive attitude
