My client in Bridgnorth requires Production Operatives to join their established friendly team who are growing and looking for reliable individuals who are keen to learn.

This position is Monday to Friday 6.30am – 4pm with half hour lunch and two fifteen-minute breaks each day.

Duties:

• Maintain a high level of housekeeping and Health and Safety standards
• Check tools before use
• Manually dismantle products ensuring materials are separated and extracted, including the dismantling of LCD/LED/Plasma TV’s, Small WEEE and secure destruction items
• Run & operate the shredder
• Know where and how to use the emergency stops and rope pull systems
• Picking contaminants from Shredding Line
• Work with your colleagues to ensure the facility runs effectively and meets production targets
• Maintain all Health and Safety procedures
