About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, motivated Sales Negotiator to join a busy and friendly team in Wem. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in property sales who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
You’ll play a key role in supporting property sales from start to finish, conducting viewings, preparing marketing materials, liaising with buyers and sellers, and keeping the process moving smoothly and professionally.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Client Service
- Conduct property viewings, valuations, and property measure-ups
- Research and compile accurate valuations
- Prepare property details, sales brochures, window cards, and advertising content
- Maintain client contact and provide regular feedback
- Liaise with prospective buyers and advise on suitable properties
- Negotiate offers and progress sales to completion
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and complete checklists
- Achieve individual and team targets, including referrals
Administration & Office Support
- Maintain accurate property files and mailing lists
- Ensure Anti-Money Laundering regulations are followed
- Support the valuers with administrative tasks
- Provide reception/front desk cover when needed
- General office duties: switchboard, filing, scanning, photocopying, key handling
Essential
- Previous experience in property sales
- Strong admin and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused
- Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
- IT literate and able to prioritise effectively
Desirable
- NAEA or ARLA membership (Propertymark)

Working Hours & Benefits
- Saturdays on rotation (generally one in four), 9:00am–4:00pm with time off in lieu
