Location: West Midlands (Remote working with office days & customer visits)
Job Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday
Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 per year (DOE)
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing business within the engineered timber and construction solutions sector, who are looking to appoint a motivated and driven Sales Representative to support continued expansion across the West Midlands region.
This is a flexible role combining remote working, office collaboration, and regular customer visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell engineered timber products including timber frames, roof trusses, floor joists, and door kits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Attend customer meetings and site visits
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements
- Experience within timber, construction, or building materials sectors desirable (not essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Ideally based within the West Midlands
