Front of House Security Guard
Location: Redditch
Rate: £16 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Security Officer to work at, a prestigious theatre based in Redditch. The work is seasonal and runs ASAP until Christmas!
Hours: Mainly evenings and weekends, with some late morning starts depending on show/event schedules.
Shifts will be 4 hours long.
Key Requirements:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence – essential
- Previous experience in a front of house or door supervisor role
- Smart appearance – black suit, white shirt, and black tie required
- Strong skills in conflict management
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Must speak clear English
- Ability to work independently on post and confidently as part of a team
