Absolute Security is seeking a proactive Security Manager for an immediate start. This is a multi-site role overseeing security services across the Midlands, with opportunities to lead high-profile contracts and work with a variety of clients.

The Role
As Security Operations Manager, you’ll oversee multiple sites, ensuring exceptional service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction. You’ll lead teams, manage schedules, and drive operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate security teams across multiple sites
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage scheduling, performance, and compliance
• Ensure adherence to SIA standards and health & safety regulations
• Write and maintain Assignment Instructions (AIs) for all sites
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation
• Support recruitment, training, and ongoing team development

What We’re Looking For:

• Management experience in security (essential)
• Valid SIA Front Line Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and across multiple sites
