We’re looking for a dedicated, dependable, and detail-oriented Senior Cleaner to join our friendly team in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at a local nursery.

Working hours are Monday-Friday 5.45pm-8.30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and communal areas thoroughly.
• Maintain high hygiene standards throughout the nursery, ensuring all spaces are clean, safe, and child friendly.
• Empty waste bins, replace liners, and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
• Clean internal glass surfaces such as windows, doors, and partitions.
• Refill soap, hand towels, and other hygiene supplies as needed.

• Report any cleaning supply shortages or maintenance issues to the manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• High attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks.
• A strong understanding of health and hygiene standards.
• Friendly and respectful attitude, contributing positively to the team environment.
