My Client in Hereford has a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis initially until June.

It is a full-time role, Monday-Friday 08.30-17.30 paying £8.72 per hour.

You must be a quick learner with the ability to adapt to a range of different tasks at short notice. You must have experience in a similar role and be available with an immediate start.


  • Collect documents and files from designated areas
  • Open new and continuation files as required
  • Handle and administer closed files as required
  • Maintain all filing and work areas in a tidy and orderly manner
  • Send outgoing faxes and collate and log incoming faxes
  • Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail
  • Arrange all delivery and collection times with mail, messenger and courtier companies
  • Acting upon customer instructions, archive closed files
  • Complete all administration relating to files that require to be archived
  • Complete all archive records and administration, within Envision
  • Create and index new files
  • Record, index and track all files, through Envision, paper and electronic
  • Maintain equipment to good working order and troubleshoot equipment problems.  Place service calls when needed
  • Follow all stock and consumable procedures.  Replenish copiers with various consumables
  • Deal with any customer/staff enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Accept requests for DocuPoint work, notifying staff of estimated completion times as appropriate
  • Collect and accurately input monthly office information
  • Promptly and efficiently deal with incoming and internal telephone calls
  • Deal with any Reception duties as required
  • Courteously great and interact with visitors to the premises
  • Diary management and planning
  • To take cash/PDQ & online payments from clients


  • Experience of general office related tasks including photocopying, scanning and filing
  • Experience of database entry
  • Experience of confidently dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls and directing queries as appropriate
  • Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to deliver to tight deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
