We’re currently recruiting for a Timber Operative to join a well-established timber manufacturing company based in Telford. This is a temporary-to-permanent position offering long-term opportunities for the right candidate.

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
• 39 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Cutting and measuring timber panels accurately
• Using tape measures and hand tools to prepare materials
• Supporting the production of timber panels for housing and construction
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with timber is essential
• Confident using a tape measure and basic hand tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
