Exit interviews
An exit interview is a conversation between someone who is leaving employment and their employer (or someone acting on behalf of that employer). The aim is to understand why someone is leaving and to obtain their honest feedback to identify what the company is doing well and whether there are any areas which could be improved
Research shows that when a third party conducts an exit interview the leaver is more likely to attend and be open with their answers. This is where we can help
